Zenbook 13 OLED (UX325, 11th Gen Intel) camera unrecognized

Hi, since some updates in Windows 11, with the last driver (2022-01-01 Version V10.0.22000.20193) and also with previous, camera is recognized only when you install drivers. After reboot, at startup is not recognized. When i go back to periphericals management, i see that in USB there is a unknown element. Removing it, reinstalling drivers it works until the next reboot. Seems like every reboot loses .inf data for camera. Only when drivers are loaded first time, camera is available in periphericals management. In the other cases, is not available.
So, camera works, seems to be a USB controller / driver issue. I've contacted support (italian) and said that need to wait for another driver version, but i would like to know if this is a know issue or if i need to wait without timing for a new driver 🙂

Confirmed by our tech team, we can't reproduce the same phenomenon like you.
Please complete the removal of the driver from the device manager, and then reboot to install the driver.

Hi, same issue. Actually also using last version don't activate the cam, using previous version sometimes load and sometimes not. But seems to be a USB driver issue, due is not recognized and apply an old USB generic driver.

Since we cannot reproduce this situation, we might suggest you restore the system. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

One working day for restore wiithout guarantee that works costs me like to buy a new zenbook... so was best to wait... until today!
Btw actually seems to be solved with Audio driver updated:
Version V6.0.9319.1
2022/03/25 35.44 MBytes
I think this fix some incompatiblity inside USB management between different periphericals, including headset kit.
Btw after two reboot, problem comes again. So this is definitively a driver issue.
