Accessibility Menu not functioning properly

Hi Team,

In My device accessibility Menu brightness controller is not functioning properly while clicking the "brightness down" button it's directly down to 0% brightness not reducing step by step, even brightness up also not increasing 11%, pls fix this bug, am testing past 3 updates still this issue exist.
