How do I make Windows 11 installation software see the PCIe SSD on my ProArt Z690-Creator?

System: Trying to do a Windows 11 installation onto a new build desktop
Battery or AC:
Model: ProArt Z690-Creator with an Intel 670P 1TB M.2 PCIe in slot 1
Frequency of occurrence: Every time I try to install Windows 11
Reset OS:

Detailed description -

I am trying to install Windows 11 (via a DVD in an external drive connected to the USB ports on the rear of the motherboard) onto a new build desktop. The SSD shows up in the BIOS but is not seen by the Windows software.

I then connected an SSD and Windows doesn't see that either.

At present in windows 11, PCle SSD needs NVMe standard controller driver is needed to visible in device manager
