Low GPU usage

  1. System: asus tuf dash f15 i5 11300h,rtx 3050 ram -8gb my laptop is not using GPU more than 30% in division game only giving 50-60 fps in low settings.while 1650 with i5 9300h is using high GPU and giving 90-100 in low settings
