Frequency of Occurrence:after charge suddenly switched off and not turning on

In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

this is the second brand iam facing issue again same problem in this also. its not switching on what i the use of spending 50 k on the phone which wont support user

Once warranty expires we'll be left stranded.
Option to purchase/increase warranty is greyed out in MY ASUS App.

rStarAbsolutely agree with you. An extended warranty (at least for another year ) is the least we can expect. Of possible post a thread on this.Are you seeing this ASUS?
