    If your device is still unresponsive your best bet is to bring it to your nearest ASUS Service Center to get your device check.

    I sent my phone to the service center today no enginer to check only customer service and they want me to wait for 5 days not limited with spare part available.

    Im not understand I buy premium phone when get trouble no enginer directly check need 5 days for checking then need wait more for spare part avalibility

    Your motherboard will be replaced in the service centre. If you're unlucky , it may take around 14-20 days.
