Its super annoying especially at low light. I saw some posts around here but it doesnt show how can i fix it.
Do you get the same issue while in safe mode?
Can you show a picture of the issue preferbly from another phone?
I think most people who had this issue were asked to visit service centre.

The solution is to don't use a rog phone with low brightness
This is pretty accurate for most users.
