I bought this Asus ROG 5 brand new last year around June from the Asus Official Store Thailand via JD Central and the WIFI won't turn on or even the hotspot feature. I only turned the WIFI off to leave the office then I tried turning it on when I arrived home and nothing happened. I already tried restarting the phone, factory resetting and now have contacted the Asus Service Center in Thailand and they are unable to fix it. Can I get a refund for this broken device? I need to have a working and functioning phone ASAP.

    I would try again going to the service centre and ask them again if they can fix. If they can't and even better, get a confirmation so you can send in a complaint about your device not being repairable and nothing is being done about it.

    Moderators dont usually comment on individual cases but at least get something from the service centre to say you have been and nothing can be done about it.
