Model Name: ASUS ROG Phoned 5S Pro
Firmware Version: 18.1220.2201.186
Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence: Everytime the device have all apps closed, the AeroActiveCooler 5 is attached and when the screen goes to sleep after 15 seconds the device goes black and reboots

In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

After updating last night the device keeps on rebooting itself whenever it's idle for 15 seconds and the AeroActiveCooler 5 is attached. No issues before the update and when other accessories like the Lightning Armor Case are attached. Just have an issue with the AeroActiveCooler 5 with the latest update.

I have exactly the same problem with my ROG 5s pro in combination with the Fan. I hope we get the update soon

I connected my Aero Active Cooler 5 and an update pop-up and instructed me not to disconnect the device. Is that the fix? The phone restarted again after that.

No, this is not the solution because it is difficult to prevent the phone from going to sleep and in this case it will restart if there is a device connected to the side USB socket.
While waiting for a new firmware, do not connect any peripherals to the side USB socket, this includes headphones, an OTG cable and AeroActiveCooler. Use the lower USB port while waiting.
If the phone restarts anyway, you can extend the time before standby to the maximum and configure the display to remain on under load.
It must be possible to go back to .175 but Android checks that the firmawre N° is higher than the previous one I think, this requires modifying files or that ASUS redistributes the .175 version with a N° higher than .186, which allow to analyze in depth the problem of the .186

Also without connected The Aero ,all moving theams freeze when the screen Go black , And something else my AUX headphone 🎧 make big noise for the first input and I have to remove it many times to be clear , for your know I'm using a new Astro A40 Tournament headphone and that's happening after the new update please fix it soon ...
