FYI: I am getting the same, i.e. very frequent asussplendid.exe crashes with Access Violation error 0XC0000005. Asus diagnostics was run from the MyAsus APP, no problems found.
My version of the system control software is V3.0.21.0, same as others with this buggy version. When are we likely to see a fix please? NOTE: the "splendid" setting is Normal, never changed it.
Laptop is Asus VivoBook, X712EA, firmware X712EA.305, OS is Windows 10 Home, Version21H2, Build 19044.1503.

By the way, the asussplendid.exe itself is version 2,1.220. on my VivoBook X712EA posted above, if that helps.,
