  2. Firmware Version :WW-18.0840.2112.210
  3. Rooted or not: no


I have a ROG 5 tencent but my ROM is global I have lot off problem this phone Sim error, fingerprint error, vibration not working, Airtriggers not working.. what can I do please help me...

    U need to get a trusted n reliable reseller in your country when u buy a china tencent version, it's cheaper ( in my country) n the same wifi n fingerprint problem do happened, just only takes longer time to send the phone back to China for motherboard replacement

    I do notice most of the phone repairs from this shop in my country are gaming phone: rog n blackshark included, starting from second years where warranty ended. I guess that's our fate choosing a gaming phone. Anyone can advise how to avoid this perhaps?
