Zenfone 8 fingerprint issue

Hi guys, can i have the instrction to solve the problem with fingerprint on Zenfone 8? I mean the pm that Ander_ASUS sent to other guys with the same issue. Thank you... have a nice week end...

    Could you clarify in further details regarding your issue with fingerprint? Is it not working suddenly? only for certain apps?

    Also could you let us know if you are on latest firmware version 31.1004.0404.81?

    Thanks for reply! I am in Italy and i have the 30.12.112.72

    I had a Zenfone 7 Pro and the fingerprint was simply perfect, always fast.

    With my new Zenfone 8 fingerprint is often slow and it not recognize my fingers sometimes. It is almost impossible to use a screen protector.

    There was a discussion about this issue but now it is closed. In this discussion Ander_ASUS send a pm to some customers that can solve the problem. I would like to try this solution but to do it i need this pm.

    When the finger is dry, the fingerprint sensor does not work. It must be damp
