Frequency of Occurrence: Bought the theme cant download it.

I bought the theme yesterday I've tried rebooting the phone tried everything and it still shows error until now. I contacted the developer but havent got any answer from them until now! Is ASUS customer service this terrible?

@AnwarPH unfortunately no , and i think ASUS cant really do anything about this.

Sad news. No solution on this matter. By taking our payments any amount it is and not giving the item or product we bought is a crime. Asus must do something on this issue.
