Headphones jack problem

Hi,
When I make calls with the headphones jack the device (ASUS 😎 shuts off after about 1 minute. I tried with different numbers and headphones jacks but it is always the same.

This issues has been reported here time to time (see from below). BTW, are you using VoLTE during these calls?

Sorry, What is Volte?
Also I could not find anything useful in the link you provided, probably I missed something? Is there a solution of do I have to leave the device to experts so that they can fix it ??

Maybe you could disable VoLTE and check if that helps with situation? I have not faced this issue but my operator does not support VoLTE for ZenFone 8. Might not be related but who knows?
