Battery discharge drastically

What is mobile network standby in here? It takes highest amount of battery. Before 'Screen on' is the higher, today i saw this? Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue as this takes a lot of battery you can see in Screenshot

    Can you try this?

    Go in Setting/Battery/Adaptive preferences/Adaptive battery OFF.

    Let me know the outcome after 1 or 2 charge cycles. Make sure your network strength and SIM has good reception. I see as per your screenshot it's good but just a check.
