1.42ghz only throttling(x mode also) In Game play and stuttering issue,can't play smooth .Very worst performance plz fix in update.

You clearly stated you've experienced performance drop after changing the motherboard. Shouldn't you try and go back to the service centre and let them know? But before you do, you can perform factory reset just to make sure it isn't software related.
I also went to service center they done factory reset my phone.But the problem remains now .what can I do now?Is it gaming phone really?
Same problem here my CPU gets locked at 1.42Ghz Above 42C and clocks between 1.08Ghz and 1.42Ghz and never utilizing the advertised 2.84Ghz Clock Speed even on X-Mode+ with the Cooler attached. When previously with my original motherboard it always clocks at 2.84Ghz. I think its the latest .210 firmware update.
I am not sure if they are doing this intentionally. We are only getting half the performance now.

I assume whats happening here is a bad repaste, hence the CPU throttles heavily. Try to play your games while using perfdog and monitor specifically your CPU temp. If my assumption is correct, your CPU should hit 102c or 105c.
Ok I accept your assumption.But over all phone have that the repaste problem?if there is any option to identify problem other than that.
Ok if repaste problem the phone says temperature warning but not showing any temperature notification?
If the problem is indeed a bad repaste all you need to do is go back to the service center and ask for proper repaste or if you feel like you can confortably open the phone no your own you can buy a good thermal paste like kryonaut and do it yourself.
I just took it out of the box, I launched several gaming sessions, from the temperature of 30 ° to 41% the CPU does not take off from 1.42 GHz, this smartphone is just unusable now.

Is not a thermal paste problem my device not heat up maximum it goes like 40°c or 42°c. If device is thermal issue its says warning notification see the online refrence screenshot
you can have system temp of 30c and your CPU can still be 105c. System temp is irrelevant, all you should care about is your CPU temp NOT your system temp.
How to find our system temp .You also say perfdog method any another method to find is a thermal paste issue or not ?
The system temp is the temperature you see on armory crate (40-42c). Perfdog is by far the best way of testing your temps while gaming, however you can also use "CPU Throttling test" on play store, remember to turn on temperature in settings when launching it, then you can post a screenshot after running it for 10 minutes.

You're supposed to run it for 10 minutes, not just 1. Also It seems some sensors don't report anything, this is most likely a hardware defect, since the sensors don't show anything, the CPU will automaticly throttle all cores except for the first 2 where it has a reading.

CPU load alone doesn't throttle, however the problem is the fact that the sensors are dead on core 2-7. If you play games due to not being able to read the temps the CPU goes beserk as the system temp rises because the GPU is being used.
These kind of situation me and more people affected.It is software related problem or hardware related? what can I do?
