Asus zenbook 13 UX325 jack adapter not working

Detailed description：
my asus zenbook 13 doesn't recognize headphones through jack adapter from usb c to jack 3.5mm,
my pc only recognize pc speakers and i can't find any solution working online, i also tried to reinstall realtek drivers but no luck, any fix?

i made a few attemps:
the jack adapter works fine on other laptop
i installed an older realtek drivers but still no luck
my last attemp is hard reset

Have you tried in safe mode?

You can't use realtek drivers in safe mode.
It's almost brand new so im just sending it to Asus
