WIFI/hotspot not working

Hi moderators,
My wifi and hotspot have stopped working. My firmware update is 18.0840.2111.200.
And its not turning on now.

Plus i couldn't locate a service centre, please guide me.

I have deleted your Serial no from the threads, never ever share any personal info openly.
