Then I have another problem I have installed windows 10 and it does not make me do the update windows because I have a problem with the battery that does not charge more than 3%. During the installation of the updates it tells me that if the battery charge is not higher than 40% I cannot perform the updates. I decided to take my computer in for service to fix the battery problem. Thank you.
