1.Does it stop working after latest firmware 18.0840.2111.200 ?
2.Try cleaning cache system wide.
Settings > Advanced > Mobile Manager > Cleanup > Scan Cache > Clean cache
3.If continue you can check perform a SMM1 test for that open Calculator > .12345+= > single test
