    Can you share the software version of the phone.

    Run SMMI Test to check whether this is related to hardware:

    How to Enter SMMI_TEST (test hardware)

    Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "

    you will be entered to SMMI_TEST

    My version is 200 and I done the smms test finger print test pass and 2 time factors reset my mobile also when I enrolling my finger print scanner taking to much time after enrolling when I unlock my mobile finger print not recognise and my screen cast is also not working when I want to screen cast my mobile first I want to reboot my mobile first after that my mobile is connecting to tv dear asus please tell me this is hardware issue or software

    Sir one more thing I noticed that I set my charging limit in 90 per and i used steady charging but my battery is going in 91 per not every time but 3/4 time I noticed dear asus please fix all this issue in next update
