AeroActive cooler not working

While connecting AeroActive cooler it's showing AeroActive Cooler plugged in as you can see below:

But it's not working also version not visible in hardware section.

Please someone help.

Just got replacement of motherboard few days back now this error...

    Hi God mode,

    Can you confirm your phone's software version.

    Also, have you tried factory reset on your phone if there was a new software update done on the phone.
