hi I recently upgraded to windows 11 now my laptop takes 5 mins to start and i cant get anything to run properly everything is slow nothing is happening for a long time when i click on a icon cant open web page to download any bios or driver updates please help no virus i ran a cleaner and windows scan that took hours

Which BIOS version are you using now?
And how did you upgrade to Win11? by clean install with ISO file or by installation assistant ?
What is your Win11 OS build version?
Have you tried to run the windows update and check if all the KB update are completed?

delete all scheduled tasks registered under task schedule.
delete or disable all startup applications in task manager.
set unwanted services startup to manual.
