The audio volume of the whatsapp audios it's too loud when played through the ear speaker and it does not work even if you try to lower it. Its almost impossible to listen to audio with the phone near to the ear because it's too loud.

1.Make sure you are on the latest firmware, version 30.12.112.56
2.Clear App cache.
3.If issue remains I will recommend you to uninstall app and install it again.
Hi Irene, it's been like that since I got the phone in June and none of updates or your suggestions fixed it. It's same for phone calls too.
I am not on the latest release but How do i upgrade my ZenFone?
I am hittig the verify Button but it is not showing me any release.
