Detailed description：button to turn on number pad doesn't work. laptop is brand new. im sure its something easy but I can't figure it out.

    Hi there,

    Is there any icon on the upper corner of your touchpad?

    If not, then you bought the regular touchpad version, without numpad.

    Please kindly double check.
