Got this system as a gift, can you please me register it? im having an error when i register it through myAsus app

Dear @Blake_ASUS!

I have a similar problem as Blezn, but in my case it is just registered to an another account, which is only used for that one ASUS product.
I'd like to remove my product from that account and register it to my main one.
How can I do it?

I also have the same problem. I think I previously registered my Asus computer with another email, but I don't know which one. (I recently purchased a second Asus and I want them both to be registered under the same email.)

Dear all,

For such issue, of course I will help to check one by one.

But please kindly help to verify below items first because the registration issue is most likely related to them.

And the registration only affects warranty, which is based on purchase invoice, so no need to worry too much or hurry.

  1. made a typo mistake on email when registration
  2. product registered by your family
  3. if you have a proper invoice, the product might have been sold to someone else before you, please contact the seller if you have concern about this
