Sometimes When I Play Games There Is Dead Issues, Temp Is Just 39° The Battery Is Just 30% I Just Bought This Last Month And Have This Issues Can We Have An Solution For This ? I Dont Want To Have Any More Issues For The Price That I Think Will Have Great Performance

    Does this happen only while gaming? Is it with an specific game on just any game?

    I also notice you are running on an old firmware, try updating to current version 18.0840.2111.196

    For that just go to System updates” in [Settings]

    Let me know if your issue still remains after updating ;)
