Detailed description: I'd like to upgrade to Windows 11, but the update said that my computer doesn't have TPM2.0.
I've checked the bios and there are no options for TPM. The intel AES-NI is enabled, and so is VT-d. When I run tpm.msc, it says that the computer doesn't have it or it's not turned on. It seems to me that the hardware just doesn't have TPM. Is this correct?

Hi there,
Please refer to below list
ASUS|Introducing Windows 11 on ASUS laptops and devicesIf your model is on the list, please wait for the Win11 update to be released to you.
Or you can update manually from Microsoft website.
Thank you.

I guess my main concern is that even though dxdiag tells me that the system model is listed as UX331UA and that is one of the laptops that will be getting Windows 11 according to the list you provided, my laptop is labeled as U3100. So is it the same machine and does it have TPM2.0?

Hi there,
You don't need to adjust in BIOS.
When you are updating, you will go through PC health checking and after you pass it, it means the laptop has turned on TPM2.0.
Thank you.

I get what you're saying Blake_ASUS, but I don't pass the Windows PC Health Check and the updates area says that this computer is not eligible to get the Windows 11 update.

I just want to know if this laptop has TPM 2.0
