Armoury Crate isue

Model Name: ROG phone 5
Firmware Version: the latest one
Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: mostly
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Armoury crate
I would like to ask if there's an issue in the armoury crate of ROG phone 5. When I entered into X mode, the logo's LED lights were not functioning and same as the Aeroactive cooler also the air trigger of the Aeroactive cooler. I restarted the phone many times but still the issue is still persist.

Kindly help me with this one before I go to the service center or even factory reset my phone

1.Check that you are running on the latest version of the APP.
2.Try clearing the cache of Armoury Crate as well as ASUS Launcher.
Long-press app icon -> App info -> Storage & cache
