M.2 SSD slot on Asus Vivobook R542UQ-DM153 laptop
I had bought this model Asus Vivobook R542UQ-DM153 in year 2017 and it's ging just fine.
I want to use SSD in this laptop without replacing HDD. Is there any M.2 slot given in this laptop model's motherboard that can be used ? if given, what is the interface and maximum ssd sotage can be used ?
Thanks in advance.

I have the same model vivobook 15 r542uq-dm153 with intel core i5 7200U and with Nvidia Geforce 940MX 2gb gddr5.
i bought above model laptop on 31st January 2018 from Asus exclusive showroom India
then this model has one M.2 SATA 2280 SSD/
i added 1TB Samsung 860 Evo M.2 SATA SSD 2280 in M2 slot.,
removed 1TB HDD, replaced 2TB Seagate 2.5inch HDD 5400rpm.
removed DVD drive replaced 2TB Seagate 2.5inch HDD 5400rpm with HDD case.
thanks @RAJU.MSC.MATHEMATICS for the reply, may I know where exactly this M2.SSD slot is present in the laptop's motherboard.
M.2 SATA SSD 2280,
Length size is 2280
not NVMe SSD
be sure M.2 NVMe SSD is different from M.2 SATA SSD.
