ROG 3 Keeps on restarting every less than 5 mins

HEEELP. My Phone keeps on restarting every few minutes I already wiped out my memory but still kept on restarting. I downloaded the firmware to downgrade to Android 10 but the system update cannot be finished coz of the restarting problem.

There was no update or anything, I was just using my phone; watching videos on youtube when suddenly it hang then restarted. Since then, it happen every less than 10mins.

I factory reset my phone, wiped all data, but the OS was still android 11, so I thought, it was the android 11, so I downgraded my OS to android 10, but the restarting problem didn't stop.

pretty sure its overheating. I suggest replacing the thermal paste
