Refresh Rate Issue

Firmware Version: 18.0410.2109.172
Rooted or not: Non Rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: Often

Refresh rate is capped at 60hz, no matter how many times i manually change it goes back to 60hz. Also the refresh rate icon in quick settings is disabled. Please help 🥺

im assuming the problem got resolved by changing the battery mode?
