Ok so my phone is damaged, the problem isn't important for now. It is also out of warranty, so I would like to see if it is possible to send the phone back to china to repair the issue, (of course paying because no warranty), or also if it is possible to send it to any part of the US in case they can also repair it for me. And if it is possible, how can I send a request? Thanks in advance

just ask 3rd party repair shops. Rog 3 phones are quite repairable.
