I can't registrer my XT8. Says invalid SN

I have tried to register my XT8 to log an issue that it keeps reverting to 2.4Ghz backhaul but it keeps giving me an invalid SN message.

Hi there,
If you bought a set of router, please kindly register the SN on the box, which would be the SN for the set; instead of the SN on individual rounter.
