Rog phone 5 Air trigger is flicker automatically? How to fix this problem?

    @r15niloy Are you using any case or screen protector? If so, please remove it and see if your issue persists.

    You can also try the following:

    • Make sure you are using the latest available firmware (2107.151) for your device.
    • Clear cache files system-wide (Settings -> Advanced -> Mobile manager -> Cleanup)
    • Clear the storage of Armoury Crate (bear in mind this will reset all of your AC settings).
    • Reboot your device.

    If none of the above resolves your issue, please consider performing a factory reset. (Mare sure you backup any personal data before as this will wipe your device.)

    If the ultrasonic buttons are still acting up I'll send you instructions on how to log your device so we can take a closer look at what's happening.

    I was using screen protector, but I removed that, just after that , this problem arises. 😭

    I've got the same problem.

    It's been happening since yesterday (got my phone 2 weeks ago) and it's absolutely frustrating.

    I mean,the air triggers are one of the reasons I got this phone.

    It's the same problem as mentioned here.

    The air triggers flicker and activate without being touched at at all,sometimes it's less or more but the problem still persists none the less. It's annoying when playing shooter games like COD.

    Visited other sites and discovered many with the exact same problem.Tried everything mentioned on said sites except factory reset.


    Is there any solution to this? Please help. I hate to see this beautiful piece do this to me.
