UX425EA CPU throttling when plugged in

System: Windows 11 Home 64 bit
Battery or AC: AC
Model: UX425EA
Frequency of occurrence: Rarely, not too often
Reset OS: No

========================
Detailed description: It doesn’t happen that often but sometimes when the laptop is under load the CPU would throttle to 0.4 ghz and everything would run so slow. However the moment I unplug the charger it goes back to normal clock speeds. If I plug it again it either remains normal or eventually slows down again.
Is this a bug with the BIOS firmware or something? Currently I have BIOS version 307. This isn’t Windows 11 related as this also happened when the laptop was on Windows 10.

Hi there,
does enter BIOS and load BIOS default setting again help?
Thank you.

There was a new BIOS update recently so I will see if that solves the problem
