Notification issues !

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: Rog Phone 5 Ultimate
Firmware Version: 18.040. 2109.176
Rooted or not: Not Root
Problem : Contuniously not pop up.
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Most of the app like gmail,outlook, Facebook Messenger , YouTube.
All the settings for notifications are allow.
İnstall then reinstall done.
Apps do not crash error or something.

Disable battery optimization, disable app super clean under Battery Master and allow apps to run on start up also in Battery Master.

I don't have a ROG 3, but it should be very similar:
Settings - Battery - Power Master - Auto start manager - Tick the apps that are affected
Settings - Battery - Battery Optimization - Don't optimize for affected apps
Settings - Advanced - Mobile Manager - Under Mobile Manager tab - press on Memory Cleaner - Press on Set Up - App List - Untick apps that are affected
Restart the phone after you have done all of the above.
