Regarding the battery

Hello, I am facing an issue regarding the rog 5. It's automatically showdown even if 30 percentage battery has also and shows 0 percentage if I plugged in. Please clarify the issue as priorty

I face the same issue n got it solved. U may try the step below for battery calibration:
a) use it until it goes out without the charger and without putting it back on
b) leave it to charge until 100% n the green light shown, n +15/20 minutes without using it
c) disconnect the charger and start again n repeat (a)
The battery is now calibrated.
Try using QC2 or QC3 charger if possible.
