After new software update my aero active cooler not support why

Whats the version you are using and i assume you have rog 3 as you are in rog 3 forum and there there must be a update generated bug causing this issue and most probably get fixed with factory reset and also that cooler is as useless as something can be so dont even both to use it coz cooler put unnecessary strain on power controller chip without any real benifit so dont use it

Please share your device's current software version. Go to settings => System => About => Software information.
If you have recently updated the device, please backup and factory reset once. Also share a screenshot of the error if you are getting any.
