The game should not lag, if it lags after A11 update then clearly somehting has messed up while updating. I strongly recommend factory resetting your phone. No OC profile will fix your faulty update.

Couldn't find a way of adding the zip file for the config, hence, made a screen record of the entire config.
Play the video in slow speeds and use a GFX TOOL to set graphics to HDR/UHD or whatever u like, FPS to 90 (don't go for 120, it doesn't work in pubg/bgmi) and crank up all other graphics settings like MSAA FXAA shadows etc.
Trust me, ROG3 is more capable of running these games at highest possible settings than any iScuker can ever be!

Sounds like light refraction. The display itself has very wide viewing angles but the glas on top is very thick.
