Mobile manager shortcut bricked after update

Hello. Prior to this latest update i had yesterday, i had my mobile manager shortcut at my home screen. After the update, the shortcut was gone and was unable to add mobile manager shortcut. Can anyone confirm?
My current build is 30.12.82.21

I can add mobile manager shortcut on the home screen.
Ok. It works now after i toggled the add new apps to home screen. Weird bug. Thanks.
@moneycashgold To clarify, you toggled the setting on/off to get it working again?
Yes. That is what i did. I did try to restart the phone but that did not help.
