Try in safemode;
If that doesn't work factory reset;
If that doesn't work, then visit service centre.

I gotta ask you a dumb question but a important tho , are you trying to use left airtrigger for squeeze function coz it weren't supposed to work for squeeze function so if thats the case that there is no problem at all
But
If left air-trigger dont work in games even after enabling left trigger from game Genie that theres a problem to look for
