HALF OF SCREENPAD TOUCH SCREEN NOT RESPONDING AFTER WINDOWS UPDATE

Reset OS: CANNOT do it as i will lose the softwares and data.

Detailed description：
UPPER HALF OF SCREENPAD TOUCH SCREEN RESPONSE IS NOT WORKING AFTER WINDOWS UPDATE
I do not know exactly after which windows update, but my partial screen of screenpad 2 has stopped responding to touch since June 2021.
The Top half of the entire screenpad does not respond to touch anymore rest all works well with or without touch.
I have tried almost all solutions given on the Asus website still no resolve.
Please help me fix this issue.

Hello Kavita,
Can you help to record another video from a broader angle?
So we can see the whole screenpad at the same time and tell the difference between different part of the screenpad.
