My phone doesn't show the battery of my TWE case or the individual earphones. I've tried it with Galaxy Buds Live and Oneplus buds Z. They both work fine on other phones. How I can fix this? I'm on Android 11.

Could you elaborate on what you mean? Where is it NOT showing the battery level when it should be?
I wasn't even aware that this was something Android (11) was supposed to do, but I just checked myself (I have the Galaxy Buds+):
Under the Bluetooth quick setting, it shows the battery level of my earbuds.
Is that what you're expecting and it isn't happening? Or are you expecting the battery level to show somewhere else?
It is supposed to show the battery of the case and the buds individually. There should be 3 different battery levels.
Under the Bluetooth quick setting icon? Or somewhere else?
As a separate notification and in the Bluetooth settings. Try and connect your buds with some other phone.
I dont think it is supposed to show your case percentage
It is, mate. Works on other phones. It depends on your earphones though.
Ohkk. I got galaxy buds 1st gen and they dont show case percentage so i cant check the same
The case isn't even active if it isn't open and one of the buds is in it or it is with the buds+ which i have. Do you keep the case open at all times? On what other phones does it work?
Hi ZT-2617bc03,
1. The phone should show 3 different battery levels.
2. This is my same galaxy buds live on another phone
I want you to note that this not a same company earphone and phone thing. It works on other phones as well.
Well, that's clearly from a Samsung phone... Samsung has a way of making their products work better with their own phones compared to others.
Not to mention, Samsung heavily customizes their Android skin, for better or for worse.
What about another non-Samsung phone? Or what about non-Samsung buds on a Samsung phone?
I literally said it's not just a Samsung thing. I tried OnePlus Buds Z with a Samsung and Galaxy Buds Live with a OnePlus phone. Still works, mate. None work on ROG. I'm pretty sure this is an Asus issue.
@ARP_ASUS do you have any updates?
I confirm it works just fine on my ROG Phone 3 on Android 11 and my One Plus Buds.
This is how it is on my phone.
I'm on version 2106.138.
"I don't have the Live, but if they are like the previous versions, then the case battery will only show up in the app when the case is open and there is at least one Bud in the case. This is because the case itself has no Bluetooth, rather it can only transmit its battery status via any Buds physically connected to it."
This is what I found online. I'm not sure if it applies. But, it could also mean that the phone doesn't have a profile for your buds so they come up as generic bluetooth headset?
I have a pair of Sony WF-1000XM4 and everything's working fine for me on Android 11. Both the bluetooth page and notification shows the battery level for L/R and the case.
Let me know how it goes.
Hey! I followed the steps but it didn't work.
Hey! I'm aware of this. I've also tried OnePlus buds Z with my phone. It doesn't work.
Since it doesnt seem to be an ASUS bug, it looks like you might need to factory reset your phone, probably something bugged when you upgraded from A10 to A11, Androids update mechanism isnt exacly great.
