What firmware are you using?
Have you tried contacting your carrier?
Have you tried reinserting the SIM? You seem to have signal.
Have you checked you got credit?
Have you tried ringing yourself?
What kind of indication are you getting from when you are "connecting"?

In addition to the questions from Ronald above please confirm your current firmware version, the one you posted on your screenshot is old, latest update is 2106.138
Do you get automatic updates or does it tell you that 2005.11 is the latest one?
