Only service center can help give the phone to the nearest service center

What is the timeline for resolution.
Is anyone from ASUS is seeing this page? How come they are so ignorant about this serious issue. Someone from ASUS, please respond in this forum or give an official statement addressing the issue.
There is not going to be any resolution guys.if factory reset isnt solving the issue , it needs a hardware repair.better not to waste time anymore and get it repaired.lets also pledge to never buy n let anyone else buy asus.
Fellow rog sufferers , donot waste your time.i went to the service center today and they had 5 other rog 5’s with the same problem.only a few of us waste our time n energy on these forums,where they dont give a sh*t about us.rest of the people in a traditional way gp to the service centers.with one look they told me its gonna need a motherboard replacement.i asked for a guarantee that the problem wont reoccur,theres no guarantee but they are putting in a updated version of the motherboard.i m gonna b selling this piece of sh*t.
Samsung n apple have a huge price ,profit margin but they give you awesome build quality, n great quality of service with timely updates n zero to none bugs.these forum guys donot know sh*t and they are wasting our time collecting logs n what not ,not telling us anything, when the correct piece of advice would hv been to get it repaired n we r sorry for inconvenience.
Wifi and hotspot not working after the latest update, how can we continue to use the phone without wifi and how long we can keep the data on as it heats the mobile, please resolve it immediately.
All the rog phone 5 users please post the problems in all the social media as many times as possible, this is the only way to get work done by asus, as too many issues on products will degrade company's reputation

I have posted the issue in twitter and even made a screen recording and put it on YouTube. I don't know what happened to all the Tech creators and Technical Gurujis. All of them are sleeping.

Hi Guys yes this a problem we all are facing but there is only one solution to it Motherboard replacement.
Just submit your asus rog5 to the service center and if its in warranty you will get it 3-5 buisness day they will replace the motherboard
I got my phone back in 5 days as good as new .i have no issuses as of now
The service they provided was good.

Hi @Yamini and @freakingrocky i got my phone fixed by the service center , got the motherboard replaced got the phone in 5 days😇 Hope we dont face the issue again.
What is there to be so happy about ? Bhai phone toh theek krte hi,warranty else class action law suit ho jata.the thing is that few pieces were faulty, so some of us even after paying the same amout will have to use repaired handsets.
For now, a solution doesn't exist, I think that they will fix it with an upcoming update. If the issue doesn't get fixed, you should contact the Asus service center.
Exactly bro, who wants their new phone to be opened up and glued back. I'm sure the replaced parts are not as good as the parts which you get with the phone.
