Failed to unlock the device

When I try to unlock my device using the unlock tool it says failed to unlock the device please try again can anyone tell me what to do?
My Android version is WW-17.0823.2104.147

So you are saying that unlock tool downgraded you from A11 to A10 , that not even possible even by miracle becoz unlock tool is in MB'S and possibly cant contain full firmware unless its that 42.zip type

No, I'm saying that I was on A10 when I used the unlocking tool. Later, I flashed the raw firmware to upgrade to A11

Factory rest is only one solution...Try it ✌🏻

No doing factory reset won't do anything althoug @ARP_ASUS helped me by providing me with a customised unlock tool so if you still aren't able to unlock your device I'm sure he will be happy to help!

@ARP_ASUS Please help me, I can't unlock the bootloader either.
I've done factory reset, I've been back and forth from A11 to A10 and nothing, I can't unlock
