SBI Yono fail to load

Rooted or not: Not
Frequency of Occurrence: Always
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Yono by SBI
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

App crash as soon as i launch it, tried reinstalling the app but still no use, Yono app is updated to latest version.

Only 1 app is having the issue I don't think i should reset the phone for 1 app, and mabye A11 is stable for you and your usage but in here we have many bugs and complaints for A11, few like Hyper Charge, proximity sensor, screen cast.

I don't use hypercharge, but proximity sensor and screen cast is working fine for me

So few have the problem with A11 update good to know, have you done factory reset after A11 update. If you could also please confirm Hyper Charge is working for you or it's Fast charge.

Yeah, I've done factory reset after A11 update. I also flashed the raw firmware once.
Fast charging is working, but I prefer to use slow charging and max limit at 90%

I prefer hyper charge, coz i charge before sleep not sure schedule charge is good for overnight charging. And fast charge is after A11 update so can be different, don't want to get into flashing firmware but will update later to A11 hope will not have to factory reset the phone.

Thanks for reporting. I can see you have updated the App, phone's software still the App doesn't work.

Can you share a video of the issue.

I will check and revert if the phone logs are required to troubleshoot the issue. Yono App works for few and issue for some so need to go 1 by 1
