Bluetooth issue resurfaced

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
- Model Name: Indian 8/128gb
- Firmware Version: latest .100
- Rooted or not: Not
- Frequency of Occurrence: intermittent
- APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): System bluetooth audio
After latest update, old issues of bluetooth are resurfaced.
Issues I noticed:
1. Sometimes system stops outputing audio via connected bluetooth device. Restarting bluetooth device and reconnecting doesn't do anything. Only option is to restart the phone itself.
2. Whatsapp, Google duo calls can't set bluetooth device as audio output. Whatsapp even gets stuck at 3 seconds call duration. And phone becomes irresponsive.

Is it with the update or just resurfaced all of a sudden?
It started happening just after the update. And its more frequent now than earlier.
Nope, that didn't help. It the genuine bug and it reported, reproduced and fixed earlier.
I'm also noticing bluetooth connection drops with galaxy buds+ while using YouTube.
