If you haven't unlocked your device than you should downgrade from A11 to A10 than maybe you will get update of A11 again and incase you dong get update , after downgrading , download WW .138 firmware from asus website and put it in internal storage and re-start and you eill get update promt

Downgrade file is also available in official website so i strongly suggest you to downgrade and than try system software update
Do back up before downgrading coz you deivce will be factory reseted
